Niger Poly set to Establish it’s First Campus Radio Station

The Rector of Niger state polytechnic, Zungeru and his top management has revealed their plan to establish a campus radio in the institution.
The proposed site/building is to be reconstructed and converted to it’s first Campus Radio Station tagged “NIPOLY FM RADIO”.
The work will commence in the next couple of weeks and ones completed, would be the first Campus Radio Station of it’s kind along the Wushishi/Tegina/Bida via Lemu Axis.
The NIPOLY FM STATION when completed, would serve as a training workshop for the institution’s Mass Communication students, as well as boosting information dissemination among the Management, Staff, Students, Polytechnic Community, Host Communities and Neighboring Local Government Areas.
The Campus Radio Station (NIPOLY FM STATION) when completed, would also showcase the Management Activities, Vision and Mission, as well as other management functions. It will also serve as a source for generating revenue to the institution.
