Kwara State University (KWASU) Academic Calendar for the 2023/2024 Academic session

The Kwara State University (KWASU) has released the academic calendar for the 2023/2024 academic session following the announcement of school resumption. Registration will begin on Monday 23rd October 2023.

First semester lectures begin on Monday 13th November 2023.

First semester 2023/2024 examination will start on Monday 12th February and end Saturday 9th March 2024.

Rain semester will commence on Monday 15th April 2024.

Lecture will commence on Monday 25th April 2024.

Examination will begin on Monday 22nd July to Saturday 17th August 2024.

2	22^nd April 2024	Classes begin
3	29^th may 2024	Add/ drop ends
4	4^th = 29^th may 2024	Marmaton 22/23 markup exam
5	13^th – 14^th June 2024	Mid semester break
6	17^th – 22^nd June 2024	CA week
7	20^th July 2024	Classes end
8	22^nd July 2024	Examination begin

9	17^th August 2024	Examination end
10	29^th August 2024	Grades upload and dept consideration
11	3^rd September 2024	Faculty board consideration
12	9^th – 13^th September 2024	BCOS meeting on grades
13	19^th September 2024	Senate meeting to approve grades
