The management of Kogi State Polytechnic, Lokoja, has officially released the approved school fees schedule for the 2025/2026 academic session. The fees cover different programmes across the institution, including Accounting, Business Administration, Public Administration, Applied Sciences, OTM, Library and Information Science, Mass Communication, Arts, Design and Printing, Engineering, and Environmental Technology.

The newly approved fee structure applies to both National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) students, across Year I and Year II. The school has categorized payments based on indigene and non-indigene status, with indigene students paying a relatively lower fee compared to their non-indigene counterparts.

Apart from tuition, students are expected to pay for third-party and end-user services such as registration, departmental fees, caution, sport, health insurance, ICT development, entrepreneurship training, insurance, and other academic-related levies.

For ND Year I, indigene students in some faculties are expected to pay between ₦93,425 and ₦118,825, while non-indigene students will pay between ₦110,625 and ₦136,825. HND students are expected to pay slightly higher fees, depending on their programme.

The bursar, Dr. Adeika Obaro Obadaki, and the rector, Prof. Salisu Ogbo Usman, signed the official approval of this new fee schedule.

With this announcement, both new and returning students are advised to take note of the approved fee structure and make appropriate arrangements ahead of the 2025/2026 academic year.
