Isa Mustapha Agwai I Polytechnic Opens Admission for 2025/2026 IJMBE Programme

Isa Mustapha Agwai I Polytechnic, Lafia, Nasarawa State, has announced the commencement of admission into its Interim Joint Matriculation Board Examination (IJMBE) programme for the 2025/2026 academic session.

The IJMBE programme, which runs for 12 months, offers students an alternative route to gain Direct Entry admission into Nigerian universities upon successful completion. The total cost for the programme is N4,315.00 (Four Thousand, Three Hundred and Fifteen Naira) only.

According to the Registrar’s office, applicants must meet the following requirements:

• A minimum of five (5) O’Level credits in WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, or equivalent, in no more than two sittings. These must include English Language and Mathematics.
• Candidates without credit in either Mathematics (for Arts students) or English (for Science students) may be considered but must make up for the deficiency during the IJMBE programme.
