Before rushing into another relationship, here’s what to expect:

1. Inability to Bond

It’s easy to try another relationship, but bonding emotionally may become a struggle because you still carry the pain from your ex. This affects your mental health, your emotional stability, and your current partner’s trust in you. If they sense you’re still stuck on your ex, they won’t take the relationship serious.

Take time to heal. Spend more time with family and friends.
