Federal Polytechnic Ugep Resumes, Commences Academic Activities for the 2024/2025 Session

The management of the Federal Polytechnic Ugep, Cross River State has announced the resumption of academic activities for the 2024/2025 academic session.
According to the circular obtained by POLYTV, the Polytechnic resumes for the first semester 2024/2025 academic session November 1st 2024.
“Management wishes to inform all Deans, Heads of Departments (HODs), lecturers, and students that academic activities are billed to resume on November 1, 2024 in line with the approved academic calendar.”
“Deans and HODs are directed to convene their statutory meetings promptly and assign courses to respective lecturers, so that lectures will commence as scheduled. Course allocation should be finalized within the first week of resumption to avoid any delays.”
“All departments are reminded to adhere to the academic calendar regarding the scheduling o f departmental and school board meetings. These meetings are crucial for reviewing academic progress, addressing departmental issues, and ensuring smooth operations as the new semester begins. HODs should ensure timely communication to all members of academic staff about the meeting schedules.”
“The institution is committed to a seamless and hitch-free resumption and looks forward to the full cooperation of all staff and students in ensuring a successful 2024/2025 academic session.”
