Federal Polytechnic Ayede Excels at International Conference in Malaysia

Federal Polytechnic Ayede, located in Ogbomoso zone of Oyo State, proudly celebrates the outstanding achievement of Mr. Rasheed Saheed Lekan, a Lecturer at the Department of Statistics of the Institution.

Also at the Conference, the Polytechnic’s Acting Head, Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering Technology, Engr. Oluwafemi Muhideen Tijani, also presented a great paper to the admiration of the organisers and the participants. Other distinguished lecturers/participans from the Federal Polytechnic Ayede at the Conference with incredible participaton included: Shakirat Bukola Oladapo, Imran Babatunde Lawal and Shakirat Abolaji Oyinloye. They also made significant scholarly participation, worthy of celebration. These efforts are highly commendable.

Mr. Rasheed was awarded the Best Presenter at the ICHRD 2024, the 4th International Conference on Human Resource Development. His paper, titled “A Statistical Approach to Prediction of Automobile Insurance Fraud Claims,” captivated the audience and stood out amongst distinguished scholars and professionals at the Conference. The Conference, held at the prestigious Sunway Hotel Big Box Iskandar Puteri, Johor on August 27, 2024, was organized by the eminent School of Human Resources Development and Humanities at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia.
