Federal Polytechnic Ado-Ekiti Academic calendar for Second Semester 2023/2024 Session

This is to intro all students of the Federal Polytechnic Ado-Ekiti and the general Public that that management of the Federal Polytechnic Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State has announced the resumption of academic activities for the second semester 2023/2024 academic session.

According to the academic calendar, registration and lectures will commence on Monday 10th June 2024.

First continuous Assessment will commence on Monday 12th to Friday 19th July 2024.

Second continuous assessment will commence from Monday 12th to Friday 16th August 2024.

Late registration will commence from Monday 19th August 2024

Student union week – 2nd to 7th September 2024.

Lectures will end on Friday 13th September 2024.

Second semester 2023/2024 examinations will commence on Monday 16th September to Saturday 5th October 2024.

Below are the details of the approved academic calendar for the second semester 2023/2024 academic session.

3	12^th – 16^th August 2024	Second continuous assessment
4	19^th august 2024	Late registration with penalty
5	2^nd – 7^th September 2024	Students union week

6	6^th September 2024	Course registration ends
7	9^th – 13^th September 2024	End of lectures and revision
8	16^th September – 25^th October 2024	Second semester examination
9	14^th October 2024	SIWES programme commences
10	7^th – 25^th October 2024	Marking of scripts

11	21^st – 25^th October 2024	Auditing of scripts
12	25^th October – 8^th November	Processing of second semester results
13	11^th – 22^nd November 2024	Consideration of second semester 2023/2024 results by the academic board
14	25^th November – 20^th December 2024	Academic staff annual leave
