BAUCHI STATE POLYTECHNIC PULLS OUT OF ASUP STRIKE
The Academic staff union of polytechnic, ATA POLY Bauchi, has pull out of the nationwide strike following the intervention from a member from the house of assembly.
You would recall poly TV had earlier reported how the school management Met with ASUP last week giving hope of resumption for the students.
According to the press statement released by the SUG president, all students are to resume on Tuesday 18th May 2021 as academic continues immediately.
However, the SUG president didn’t disclosed to POLY TV whether ATA POLY ASUP have pull out of the nationwide strike.
The statement reads:
“I am directed to officially inform, all students of Abubakar Tatari Ali polytechnic Bauchi, that the school will resume on 18th MAY-2021 and the academic activities will begin with immediate effect.
And in line with the Covid-19 protocols, all students are expected to comply, with the directives and also to abide by the rules and regulations of the Institution.”
