ATAPOLY EED CENTRE ORGANIZES ONE DAY PRACTICAL CLASS FOR STUDENTS

Enterpreneurship Development center of Abubakar Tatari Ali polytechnic bauchi organizes a one day Enterpreneurship practical for ND, HND and NCE programs.
The Enterpreneurship Development center of Abubakar Tatari Ali polytechnic bauchi has organized a one day Enterpreneurship practical 2021 for the students of National Diploma ND2,Higher National diploma HND2 as well as National certificate for Education NCE2 aimed at enabling the beneficiaries have sense of belongings and become self-reliant of labour and enterprise held at five -hundred seaters within the polytechnic on 21st April, 2022.
Declaring the event opened, the chief host and Rector of the polytechnic Alh. Dr. Adamu sa’idu ably represented by his deputy Dr. Hashim Sabo used the medium to commend the Enterpreneurship development center of the institution for organising such program of its first kind since the establishment of the center. Dr. Adamu sa’idu further commended the presenters at the occasion for their time, and urged the benefiting students to harness the skills into practice to enable them become self-reliants.
On his part, the Director Enterpreneurship development center of the polytechnic MAL. Ahmad liman katagum has expressed his delight and appreciate the Rector for making the event a reality, called on the students to make a judicious use of the experience to actualize the goal of the program.
In another development, the director Enterpreneurship development center of the Bauchi state university Gadau (Basug) Dr. SHEHU Galogi has delivered an extensive lecture on the practical of Enterpreneurship as he described the it as a business Development and mindset for the students so as to have a very good live and Enterpreneurs of labour.Dr. Galoji however motivated them to focus on their studies as only hardworking ones become in a society, enumerated some of positions he held, local, National and international levels called on them to emulate such dedication for their better future.
Contributing to the program, the Head of department National certificate for Education (Nce) Atap Bauchi Alh.Bashir Adamu who double as an educationist delivered his own lecture on the practical aspect of Enterpreneurship as he described Enterpreneur as a person who is enterpreneual educated, gave an extensive light on how the benefiting students should use the small capital to expand their business, noting that the current situation of the country as a time of skills and knowledge not certificate and qualification.
He finally used the forum to called on the students to put into practice of the experience gained.
Present at the occasion were some lecturers from different departments include :hajiya RAMATU Abubakar Garba among others.
Highlight of the event was question and answer session as well as exposing the beneficiaries to some practical enterprise include :power generation, interlock making, medicated soap making, photography and photojournalism as well as cloth dying among other different trade/enterprise.
