“Also, as part of the activities lined up for the ceremony, a convocation lecture will be delivered by the Lagos State Governor, His Excellency, Mr Babajide Sanwo-Olu. It is titled “Developing exportable alternatives for Nigeria’s economic recovery.” The occasion is to be chaired by the Vice President, His Excellency, Senator Kasim Shetimma.
” We are sure that ideas to be generated from the lecture would serve as the College’s contributions to Nigeria’s economic recovery. Nigeria is facing economic challenges and I believe we are on the trajectory to recover,” he said.
Abdul also said as part of the activities to mark the event, an alumni home coming with exhibition would take place.
Reeling some of the achievements so far recorded by his administration in the last one year, the Rector said 25 students of the College, comprising 20 males and five females are now in the Republic of China for 18 months training in technical education.
