Nekede Polytechnic Releases Screening Procedures for New Intakes

FEDERAL POLYTECHNIC NEKEDE

The Management of the Federal Polytechnic Nekede has released procedures and guidelines for screening of the Newly admitted NDI and HNDI students of the 2021/2022 academic session.

Management has approved the understand guidelines as a measure to ensure seamless screening exercise and prompt payment of school fees by the students. The concerned students are to follow through step by step guide below.

1. Go to your screening officer/Desk officer and present your acceptance receipt with your name written on the back of the receipt.
2. Write Down your name on the Arrival sheet
3. Show evidence of payment of school fees
4. The screening/Desk officer should check/verify the credentials uploaded by the student which qualify him/her for admission.
5. All students must pay their school fees before the Matriculation exercise scheduled to hold on THURSDAY 14th July,2022.
6. Only students whose names appear on the arrival list would be eligible to Matriculate, write exams and Access the institution’s Medical Facilities.
7. Only HND1 students whose names appear on the arrival list would be forwarded to JAMB AND NYSC Officer for mobilization and to participate in NYSC Programme.
8. Any students that flouts the above stipulated guidelines would have him/herself to blame.

All Deans, Director (EP and WP) Heads of Department are please, requested to ensure strict compliance by students under their jurisdiction.
