AKWA IBOM STATE SCHOOL OF NURSING 2022/2023 ADMISSION FORM

This is to inform the general public that the Akwa Ibom state School Of Nursing has commenced sale of application forms for 2022/2023 Academic session.
Registration: Commences from Monday 11th July, 2022-12th August 2022 between the hours of 8:30am-3:00pm daily except public holidays and weekends.
Venue: Registration will ONLY take place at Nursing Services Directorate, Ministry of Health Headquarters, Idongesit Nkanga Secretariat, Uyo.
Requirements for Registration
Three recent colour passport photographs
Original and two photocopies each of the following:
- Educational Certificates-FSL.C, WASSCE, GCE OR NECO.
- Birth Certificate or Age Declaration
- Certificate of Local Government of Origin
- Change of Name (if applicable)
Age: (16years and above)
Date of Entrance Examination: Saturday 20th August, 2022
Note: All Covid-19 Preventive protocols will be duly observed throughout the period of Registration and Examination.

Indigenes – #5,000
Non indigenes- #7,000
Processing fee – #8,000
Nursing and Midwifery committee – #500
