Stop Fixing Lectures on Weekends and Public holidays- Unwana poly SUG Tells course Rep

The Student union government of Akanu Ibiam Federal Polytechnic Unwana, Ebonyi state, has warned course rep(s) to stop fixing lectures, test’s and quizzes on weekends and public holidays.
Comrade Comr Eze Chukwunonso Nweze, the SUG president made this call on Saturday 30th April while waking round the Polytechnic ensuring that no student(s) were forced to attend lectures and other academic activities.
The SUG further said that, fixing impromptu classes will hinder students from traveling and hustle for work.

According to a statement obtained by POLYTV,
“The SUG wishes to use this medium to reiterate that no course rep is to be compelled to fix any impromptu class during weekends or public holidays.
Students are advised to remain law abiding and report any form of maltreatment or misconduct by anyone to the SUG as the Body is out to protect the interest of the students to the core.”
