Candidates must possess 5 credits O’level in WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB in English, Mathematics, Biology Chemistry, and Physics subjects at not more than two (2) sitting. Note that NABTEB can only be combined with NABTEB.

National Diploma (ND) Programme m Health Information Management.

Higher National Diploma (HND) programme in Health Information Management

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

ND: Minimum of five (5) credits at not more than two sittings in SSCE or is its equivalent with Credits in English Language, Mathematics, Biology or Health Science, Chemistry or Physic and one (1) credit from other subjects.

HND: Minimum entry requirements for National Diploma (ND) in Health Information Management.

National Diploma Certificate in Health Information Management with a minimum of lower credit in Health Information Management

Evidence of completion of or year relevant work experience in a reputable Health Institution.

Evidence of JAMB Admission letter for the candidate ND Admission issued by JAMB.

Evidence of professional license in ND by HRORBN.
