RECTOR WARNS STUDENTS ON SOCIAL VICES

The Rector, Dr. Engr. Ibraheem Abdul has issued a stern warning to students of the foremost institution, Yaba College of Technology to shun any form of social vices, ranging from raping, cultism, gangsterism and other forms of infidelity that can plunge the image of the College.
He cautioned the entire community to desist from these vices as the Management would not hesitate to apply the full weight of the law on any apprehended student or group of students found wanting in this regard.
He implored the female students to always keep themselves safe at any forum and to report any clandestine act noticed or harassment within the College vicinity.
The present administration, the Rector vowed that he will not tolerate or treat with kid gloves issues relating with cults, rape, sexual harassment and indecent acts perpetrated by any student of the College.
Dr. Engr. Abdul admonished the students to study the students’ handbook to be conversant with the dos and donts guiding their stay in the College in order to be worthy in character and learning.
