Ogun State Polytechnic of Health and Allied Sciences, Ilese Ijebu Academic Calendar For the 2024/2025 Academic Session

The management of the Ogun State Polytechnic of Health and Allied Sciences, Ilese Ijebu has announced the commencement of academic activities for the 2024/2025 session. The academic calendar and approved school fees for the 2024/2025 academic session is out.

New students are to resume on Monday 7th October 2024. Lectures will commence for both new and returning students on Monday 28th October 2024.

Orientation program for newly admitted students: 18th to 22nd November 2024.

Matriculation ceremony will be held on the 5th of December 2024.

First semester practical examination: 3rd to 7th February 2025.

First semester 2024/2025 examination for all departments: 10 – 21st February 2025.

6	18^th – 22^nd October 2024	Orientation programme for new students
7	4^th – 30^th November 2024	Registration and payment deadline for fresher and staylite
8	5^th December 2024	Matriculation ceremony
9	16^th – 20^th December 2024	First continuous assessment
10	3rd January 2025	Resumption of new year activities for students and staff
11	6^th – 24^th January 2025	Continuation of lectures, reviews, and submission of examination questions for vetting and moderation

12	27^th – 31^st January 2025	Second continuous assessment
13	3^rd – 7^th February 2025	2024/2025 first semester practical examination
14	10^th – 21^st February 2025	2024/2025 examination for all students
15	24^th February – 7^th March 2025	First semester break
16	24th February – 21^st March 2025	Submission of first semester results
17	24^th march to 7^th April 2025	Processing of first semester results
18	24^th march to 7^th April 2025	Consideration of first semester results by academic board
