Lists of The Courses Offered in Federal College of Land Resources Technology (FECOLART) and Their School Fees

The Federal College of Land Resources Technology Owerri (previously known as Federal Soil Conservation College Owerri) was established by the Government of Nigeria by virtue of a Federal Government of Nigeria official circular with Ref No: ALR-S.47/T/581.

A change of name was effected on the 21st of March, 2000. The renaming of the College and its counterpart in Kuru Jos to Federal College of Land Resources Technology brought the two schools directly under the Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development making them the only two of such higher institutions in the whole of Nigeria and West Africa. By this development the school at Owerri is the only Federal College of Land Resources Technology in the entire Southern part of Nigeria. The change of name in the year 2000 is in line with the requirement of the National Board for Technical Education.
