KSP RECTOR LAUDS SORTED, RANO

The Rector, Kano State Polytechnic, Dr. Kabir Bello Dungurawa has lauded the management and staff of the School of Rural Technology and Entrepreneurship Development (SORTED), Rano for the timely marking, compilation and released of the second semester examination results.

The Rector who spoke with Kano Poly News stated that the management and staff of SORTED deserved commendation for been the first school to comply with the KSP management’s directives on compiling and releasing the students’ results on/or before 30th November, 2022. He described the development as part of his management goal at addressing the delay in releasing students’ results. He further commended and congratulated the school Director, Malam Sulaiman Hashim Rano, the Examination Officers, the Level Coordinators and the entire Lecturers for their commitments toward addressing the challenges associated with the students’ results.

While commending the notable efforts and commitments of the Polytechnic Academic Board Business Committee (PAB BC) members, led by the Deputy Rector, Dr. Muhammad Umar Kibiya, the Rector appreciates all other unit schools for their tireless efforts in the process of marking, compilation and release of the results.

Commenting on this development, the Director of the school, Mal. Sulaiman Hashim Rano expressed his gratitude to Almighty Allah for giving them the ability and strength to be the first in releasing the concluded 2021/2022 second semester examinations’ results. He related the success to the support and cooperation he is receiving from both academic and non-academic staff of the school. The Director noted that through the combined efforts of both the KSP management and the unit school Directors as well as the staff, the goal of releasing students’ results on time is achievable.

Comrade Sadiq Garba Lado, a HND II student of Business Administration and Management on behalf of the entire students of the school expressed his appreciation to the management and staff of the school, adding that it is the first time where he witnessed the release of students’ results within a short period after the examinations. He credited the development to the newly introduced measures taken by the KSP Management under the able leadership of Dr. Kabir Bello Dungurawa. “With this development, KSP students are tantamount to go for their NYSC with their counterparts from other Institutions, Alhamdulillah.” He added.
