Institute of Management and Technology (IMT), Enugu Academic Calendar for the 2024/2025 Session

This is to inform all new and returning students of the Institute of Management and Technology, Enugu, that the academic calendar for the 2024/2025 academic session has been released. The school management has announced the resumption of academic activities for the first semester of the 2024/2025 session.

According to the calendar, the first semester of the 2024/2025 session begins for new and returning students on Monday, 11th November 2024.

Lectures will commence for all students, except those on SIWES, on Monday, 18th November 2024.

Students will proceed on Christmas break on Friday, 20th December 2024, and will resume for the continuation of academic activities on Monday, 6th January 2025.

The matriculation ceremony for newly admitted students will take place on Friday, 21st February 2025.

The first-semester examination for the 2024/2025 session will commence on Monday, 17th March 2025.

The second semester of the 2024/2025 academic session will begin on Monday, 28th April 2025.

Second-semester examinations will commence on Monday, 21st July 2025, and conclude on Friday, 15th August 2025.

The 2025/2026 academic session will begin on Monday, 20th October 2025.

4	6^th November 2024	Publication of ND, HND, and Degree admission for 2024/2025 academic session
5	11^th November 2024	1^st semester 2024/2025 academic session begins with the registration of both old and new students

6	18^th November 2024	Lecture begins for all students excluding SIWES students
7	16^th December 2024	1^st continuous assessment week and academic board consideration of second semester 2023/2024 results
8	20^th December 2024	Christmas break
9	6^th January 2025	Resumption and continuation of academic activities
10	17^th February 2025	2^nd continuous assessment week and students’ orientation
11	21^st February 2025	Matriculation
