IMAP Lafia Matriculates Freshers For 2021/2022 Academic Session

The Isa Mustapha Polytechnic former Nasarawa State Polytechnic has matriculated the newly admitted ND and HND students of the 2021/2022 academic session.
The Rector Isa Mustapha Agwai I Polytechnic, Lafia, Dr. Justina Anjiode Kotso while delivering her speech admonished the Matriculated Students to shun examination malpractice and misconduct.
The Rector stated this during the Matriculation Ceremony held at the Institution on Friday, July 1,2022.
The Matriculation Ceremony commenced with Matriculation procession led by the Rector Dr. Justina Anjiode Kotso.
The Oath of allegiance was administered by Barrister Obey Francis.
Addressing the Matriculants after taken the Oath, Rector Isa Mustapha Agwai I Polytechnic, Lafia, Dr. Justina Anjiode Kotso affirm that since the inception, the Institution has graduated Students with good characters, noting that such standards will not be compromise, warn the students against misconduct in all ramifications while emphasizing that Management and Staff of the Institution are Committed to giving out their best to complement government efforts in the Institution.
Dr. Kotso, challenge the students to know the essence of their stay in the Polytechnic to become better citizens.
Rector of the Polytechnic used the medium to commend His Excellency, Engr. Abdullahi A. Sule Governor of Nasarawa State and Visitor to the Polytechnic for invaluable contributions to the development of education sector, particularly the provision of infrastructure in the Polytechnic.

During the orientation programme for the Fresh students, ceremony paper was presented by Dean Students Affairs Comrade Shammah Kpanja titled: “Code of Conduct of students of Isa Mustapha Agwai I Polytechnic, Lafia”, task the students to exhibit high sense of good characters during their stay and to abide by the rules and regulations governing the Polytechnic.
