Federal Polytechnic Ekowe Adjusted Calendar for 2021/2022 Season

The Federal polytechnic Ekowe, Bayelsa state, has released the academic calendar for the remaining 2021/2022 academic session following the suspension of strike action by the Academic staff Union of polytechnics (ASUP), Ekowe polytechnic chapter.
The first semester examination earlier scheduled to commence on the 22nd of August which was disrupted by ASUP strike has now been rescheduled to commence on Monday 12th September, 2022.
The school management has therefore approved an adjustment on the academic calendar as follows:
- Monday 5 September to Friday 9th September 2022 – Revision
- Monday 12 September to Friday 23rd September 2022 – First Semester Examinations
- Friday 23rd September to Friday 7th October 2022 – Vacation
- Friday 7th October, 2022 – Second Semester Resumes
- Monday 10th October, 2022 – Course Registration/Lecture Begins
- Wednesday 21st December, 2022 – Christmas/New year Break
- Friday 6th January, 2023 – Resumption from Break
- Monday 9th January to Friday 13th January, 2023 – Revision/Students week
- Monday 16 January, to 27th January, 2023 – Second Semester Examinations
- Friday 27th January, 2023 – End of session/Vacation
