FEDERAL POLYTECHNIC EDE 2021/2022 ACADEMIC CALENDAR

The Academic planning unit of the Federal Polytechnic Ede has released Academic calendar for academic activities, 2021/2022 academic session. According to the calendar, registration will commence on 13th May for the newly Admitted ND and HND students.Below are the details of the academic calendar:

25th April 2022 – Commencement of SIWES programme
4th June 2022- Resumption for 2021/2022 Academic session
6th June to 25th June 2022 – Online and physical registration for returning students Including SIWES students.
12th June 2022 – Democracy day
14th June 2022 – 1st semester 2021/2022 Academic session lecture commences (Both online and Physical classes)
16th June 2022 – Inaugural Lecture
29th June 2022 – Regular Academic board meeting
8th July 2022 – End of SIWES
10th to 12th July 2022 – Id-el-Kabir
14th July 2022 – SIWES Students commences physical lecture in addition to online classes
13th to 16th July 2022 – First Continuous Assessment
18th to 21st July 2022 – Fresh Students orientation Ceremony
21st July 2022 – Inaugural Lecture
22nd July 2022 – 27th Matriculation Ceremony
27th July 2022 – Regular Academic board meeting
28th July to 13th August 2022 – Entrepreneurship and skill Acquisition for First semester 2021/2022
8-19 Aug 2022 18 August 2022 – Continuous Assessment.
18th August 2022 – Inaugural Lecture
15th to 21st August, 2022 – Convocation Week (20″, Convocation day)
22nd to 27th August 2022 -Revision Week
29th August to September 2022 – Exam for all student (Returning students to start exam on the 12th September 2022)
29th August to 6th October – marking of Examination scripts
31st August 2022 – Regular Academic Board meeting
3rd September 2022 – End of lecture for SIWES Students
5th to 10th September 2022 – Revision week for SIWES students
15th September 2022 – Inaugural lecture
28th September 2022 – Regular Academic board meeting
10th to 12th October, 2022 – Auditing of Scripts
17th to 21st October 2022 – processing of Results
20th October 2022 – Business committee meeting for consideration of first semester 2021/2022 results
