The Federal Polytechnic Damaturu academic calendar for 2021/2022 academic session has been released. Monday 30th May – Saturday 10th September·        Registration for returning and new students·        Lectures begin for ND and HND FOR 1ST AND 3RD Semester 2021/2022 academic session ·        Matriculation exercise for NDI and HNDI students·        Orientation exercise for new students 
Monday 12th – Saturday 24th  September1st and 3rd semester examination for all programme
Monday 26th September 2022 – Monday 24th  October 2022·        Marking of examination booklets for ND and HND·        Departmental board meeting·        School board meeting
Wednesday 26th October 2022 – Thursday 27th October 2022 Academic board meets to consider 1st and 3rd  semester 2021/2022 examination results
 SECOND AND FOURTH SEMESTER 2021/2022 ACADEMIC SESSION
Monday 3rd October – Saturday 17th December 2022·        2nd and 4th semester lectures begins for all programme·        Sports activities·        Moderation of examination question papers for 2021/2022 academic session 
Monday 9th January – Saturday 21st January 20232nd and 4th  semester examination 
Monday 16th January – Thursday 16th February 2023·        Marking of examination booklets for ND and HND·        Moderation of marked examination booklets·        Departmental board meeting·        School board meeting·        Academic boards meet to consider 2nd 4th semester examination  results
Monday7 27th March 2023The polytechnic reopens for 2022/2023 academic session
