
The College of Agriculture, Science and Technology, Lafia, has officially released the school fees schedule for the 2024/2025 academic session. The newly published fees vary based on students’ level and department, with separate charges for indigenes and non-indigenes.
According to the bursar, Atiku Muhammad Lawal, the tuition fees for National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) programs have been structured to reflect different categories of students.
For Animal Science students, ND I indigenes are expected to pay ₦43,950, while non-indigenes will pay ₦53,950. ND II students in the same category will pay ₦31,950 and ₦40,950, respectively. Higher National Diploma (HND) I students will pay ₦43,450 (indigenes) and ₦54,450 (non-indigenes), while HND II students will pay ₦32,950 and ₦42,950, respectively.

Students in the Home and Rural Economics, NUD, SLT, and LDF departments will pay ₦42,950 for ND I (indigenes) and ₦52,950 for non-indigenes. ND II students in this category will pay ₦30,950 and ₦39,950, while HND I students will pay ₦42,450 and ₦53,450, respectively. HND II students are required to pay ₦31,950 and ₦41,950.

Other departments, including CPT, HLT, FET, AEM, STA, CSIT, LDT, and AGRIS, have different fee structures. ND I students in these fields will pay ₦40,950 for indigenes and ₦50,950 for non-indigenes, while ND II students will pay ₦28,950 and ₦37,950, respectively. HND I students are expected to pay ₦39,450 and ₦50,450, while HND II students will pay ₦38,950 and ₦48,950. Pre-ND students’ fees were indicated as “per session.”
The school’s management urges students to make payments on time to avoid any inconveniences.
