COHESTI ASUP ELECTS NEW CHAIRMAN, OTHERS

Members of the Academic Staff Union of Polytechnics (ASUP), College of Health Sciences and Technology, Ijero-Ekiti chapter have elected new officers to pilot the affairs of the body for the next two years.
The election that saw an alumnus of the College; Comrade Oluwatuyi
Segun Victor emerge as Chairman, followed the expiration of the Comrade Ogunyemi Kayode-led executive council.
Other officials elected include: Comrade Sam-Ijadele Loveth; Vice Chairman, Comrade Bello Khalid Abayomi; General Secretary, Comrade Onifade Gbenga; Assistant General Secretary, Comrade Dada Abiodun; Treasurer, Comrade Odeyemi Taiwo; Financial Secretary, Comrade Ogunlana Abiola; P.R.O, Comrade Oluwafemi Toyin; Auditor and Comrade Ayo-Adelabu Mobolaji; Welfare Director.
Meanwhile, Congratulatory messages have continued to pour in for the newly elected officials, especially the chairman; Comrade Oluwatuyi, whom many have described as a round peg in a round hole.
