Bauchi Polytechnic gets News Deputy Rector

The Governing Council of the Federal Polytechnic Bauchi, Bauchi State, has approved the appointment of Dr. Dalhatu Saidu Abubakar as the new Deputy Rector of the Institution.
Dr. Dalhatu Saidu Abubakar until his appointment was the Director of the Polytechnic’s Directorate of University Affiliations and Linkages.
His appointment came following the tenure expiration of the incumbent Deputy Rector, Alh. Sani Usman.
The appointment of Dr. Abubakar’s tenure takes effect from 1st September, 2022.
Also appointed by the governing Council was Mal. Auwal Bala Aminu as the new Managing Director of the Polytechnic Consultancy Services Limited (POLYCON).

He is to takeover from the present Managing Director, Alh. Labaran Ibrahim whose tenure in office expires by September, 2022.
Mal. Auwal B. Aminu, who was the pioneer Head of Department of Mass Communication of the Polytechnic, was POLYCON’s General Manager between 2007 and 2013 before taking a shot at ATBU Trust and Investment Limited (ATIL) as General Manager.
