Ayede Poly Rector, ex-Reps Deputy Speaker, four others honoured by NIEEEE

As part of his contributions to the field of engineering and humanity, the Rector of Federal Polytechnic Ayede, Engr. Dr. Taofeek Adekunle Abdul-Hameed, was among the eminent personalities honoured by the Nigerian Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (NIEEE), Osogbo chapter.

At the investiture programme of the 5th chairman of the institute, Engr. Yisau Ayinla Odebowale, which held at Ultimate Civic Centre, former Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Hon. Lasun Yusuf, was also honoured.

Other awardees were Rector of Federal Polytechnic Ede, Sounds State, Engr. Dr. Sani Man Yahaya; Commissioner for Energy in Osun State, Hon. Festus Ademola Adeyemo.

Others were Osun State’s Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Works and Infrastructure, Enhr. Bashir Bello and the Ministry’s Director of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Engr. Adetomiwa Zubayr.
