AD-COHST Advises HIM Graduands to Uphold the Ethics of their Profession as they Bow out from the College

The Department of Health lnformation Management (HIM) at AD-COHST on Tuesday hosted the 4th edition of graduation ceremony to bid farewell to Health Information Management (HIM) students who graduated in the year 2023 session from the College.
The occasion held at the College multi-purpose hall was marked with a presentation of certificate of honours to some selected staff and students in appreciation for their individual contributions to the progress of both the students and the department.
The Provost of the College Dr lbrahim Musa Kurna, in an opening remarks urged the celebrants to uphold and comply with the code of professional conduct and be good ambassadors of the Institution wherever they find themselves.
Dr lbrahim Musa reminded that, as health records practitioners, much is expected from each one of them in their chosen career by carrying out their duties with dedication and devotion in order to ensure efficient health service delivery to the community.
He also praised the entire staff of HIM Department for their commitment and dedication towards inculcating discipline and quality health education to the students.


The Head of HIM Department Mal Usman Sabo acknowledged the resilience of the outgoing students throughout their stay in the college considering rigorous training they were surpassed during the period.
The occasion was attended by Mallam Lawaddeen Muqaddass Registrar, Heads of various Departments and Units as well as parents, relatives, friends and a number of siblings who also showered praises to the college and floods of congratulations to the celebrants on the milestone achievement.
