Courses Offered in Lapo Institute for Microfinance and Management Studies Benin and Their School Fees
LAPO Institute is a Benin City based centre of excellence in Microfinance and Enterprise Development. The Institute has been accredited by the National Board for Technical Education (NBTE) and the Federal Ministry of Education to run National Diploma (ND) Microfinance and Enterprise Development.
The special diploma is the first of its kind in Nigeria and it represents a watershed in capacity development for the growing microfinance industry as well as the development of entrepreneurial skills. HISTORY: Founded in 1996 as an affiliate of Lift Above Poverty Organisation (LAPO), the Institute made contributions to the emergence of microfinance as thriving industry and enterprise development through tailor-made capacity development programmes, research and publications. In 2021, it received the approval of the Federal Ministry of Education to operate as a tertiary institution – Monotechnic.
