Federal Polytechnic Nasarawa Approved Calendar for 2022/2023 Session

This is to inform all students, staff and the general public that the management of the Federal Polytechnic Nasarawa, has released the approved Academic Calendar for the 2022/2023 academic session.

Lecture will commence from Monday 17th October 2022 to Friday 3rd February 2023.

Orientation for the newly admitted students will hold between 23rd and 27th January 2023 while matriculation ceremony will hold on Saturday 28th January 2023.

First semester 2022/2023 examination for both the new and Returning students will commence from Monday 6th February to Friday 17th February 2023.

Below are the details of the 2022/2023 approved Calendar.

2	Release of 1^st batch of admission for 2022/2023	2^nd September, 2022
3	Resumption/registration of both new and returning students	10^th – 14^th October, 2022
4	Eid al malud	10^th October, 2022
5	Commencement/end of lectures for 1at semester 2022/2023	17^th October 2022 – 3^rd February 2023

6	First continuous assessment	14^th – 18^th November, 2022
7	Last day for submission of 1^st semester 2022/2023 examination questions	13^th January, 2023
8	Second continuous assessment	16^th – 20^th January 2023
9	Orientation for new students	23^rd – 27^th January 2023
10	Matriculation ceremony	28^th January 2023

20	First continuous assessment for 2^nd semester 2022/2023 session	24^th – 28^th April 2023
21	Last day for submission of 2^nd semester 2022/2023 examination question by HODs for external moderation	19^th March, 2023
