NBTE ACCREDITED NEW COURSES FOR ABIA POLY
Arrival of NBTE officials to Abia Poly
Abia State Polytechnic Aba witnessed another phase of accreditation from National Board for Technical Education (NBTE) in line with its requirements for Polytechnic programs.
The exercise which took place from
Tuesday 22nd through Friday 25th March 2022 recorded a huge success.
The team was led by Engr. Dr. Item Ukpai. On arrival were welcomed to the Polytechnic by the Rector Prof. Okorie Kalu Osonwa and other members of Management, Dean’s of Schools, Directors and Members of Academic Board.
During the Rector’s welcome speech, he thanked God for the safe arrival of the team and expressed the readiness of the various Departments for the successful accreditation exercise.
Responding to the address, Muhammed Mustapha, the Deputy Director of programs advised the Heads of Departments to be open and make available all the facilities and equipments to the team, he emphasized that the team are on a mission to build the Polytechnic’s image.
They moved to the various departments
after the plenary session.
