POLY IBADAN FINALLY ANNOUNCES RESUMPTION DATE, RELEASE ACADEMIC CALENDAR FOR 2021/2022

The Management of The Polytechnic Ibadan, Oyo state, has announced resumption of Academic activities for the 2021/2022 academic session. All the newly admitted students are to resume on Monday 1st August 2022 while returning students are to resume on Monday 8th August 2022.

According to the proposed Academic calendar, First semester examination will commence Monday November 21st while Registration with penalty takes effect from 23rd August, 2022.

Below are the details of the proposed academic calendar.

Orientation for fresh students	Wednesday, 3^rd August – 4^th August 2022 <
Resumption date for returning students	Monday 8^th August 2022
Registration for all students	Monday 8^th August – Monday 22^nd August 2022
Late registration with penalty	Tuesday 23^rd august 2022 – Monday 29^th august 2022
First semester lectures	Monday 22^nd August – Fri. 18^th Nov 2022
First semester examination	Monday 21^st November – Friday, 9^th december2022
Marking and submission of examination results	Monday 12^th December – Friday 30^th December 2022
Processing of results	Tuesday 3^rd January – Monday 9^th January 2023
BOS meeting for consideration of results	11^th January – Thursday 12^th Jan 2023
End of first semester	Friday 13^th January 2023
Second semester begins	Monday 23^rd January 2023
Resumption date for all students	Monday 23^rd January 2023
Registration for all students	Mon. 23^rd January – Monday 6^th February 2023
Late registration with penalty	Tuesday 7^th February 2023 – Monday 13^th Feb. 2023
Second semester lectures	Monday 6^th February 2023 – Friday 5^th may 2023
Second semester examination	Monday 8^th may 2023 – Friday 26^th May 2023
Marking and submission of examination results	Monday 29^th May, 2023 – Friday 16^th June 2023
Processing of results	Monday 19^th June 2023 – Friday 23^rd June 2023
BOS meeting for consideration of results	Tuesday, 27^th June 2023 – Wednesday 28^th June 2023
End of academic session	Friday 30^th June, 2023
