1. White Bread and Refined Carbs
Foods like white bread, sugary pastries, pizza dough, and some instant noodles contain refined flour with almost no fiber. These foods spike your blood sugar and trigger insulin resistance, which leads to weight gain, poor circulation, and low testosterone. When your blood vessels are clogged and your hormones are unstable, getting and keeping an erection becomes much harder.

2. Soft Drinks and Sugary Beverages
Regular intake of soda, processed juice, and sweet energy drinks floods your body with sugar. This overload can lead to inflammation, nerve damage, and hormonal crashes.
