TRANSPORT FARE: OSCOTECH ESA OKE SUG MET WITH TRANSPORT WORKERS

The Students Union Government of Osun State College of Technology (OSCOTECH), Esa Oke has reviewed the price of transport fare in the polytechnic community after meeting with the transport workers (NURTW).
Sequence to the meeting held between the SUG executives and the NURTW Esa-Oke chapter. After much discussion and consultation, it was agreed that the fare for transport should be as follows:
- Esa-Oke to Ibadan (Bus) three on a seat price is now #1,700
- Esa-Oke to Ibadan (Bus) four on a seat price is now #1,500
- Esa-Oke to Ilesha by car will go for #500
- Esa-Oke to Osogbo by car is now #900
The Transport Workers (NURTW) and the students union agreed that the transport fare should be as listed above due to the fact that the price of premium motor spirit (PMS) is yet to return to normal price.

The student union pleaded with the polytechnic Students to bear with these price for now and also assuring the students that consultation is still being made on the issue of electricity.
