How to Collect Your ND Statement of Result at Osun State Polytechnic, Iree: A Complete Guide

Are you ready to collect your National Diploma (ND) Statement of Result from Osun State Polytechnic, Iree? Here’s a step-by-step guide to make the process smooth and stress-free:
Step 1:
Start by visiting the Bursary department to pay for the Verification of Result (VOR) fee, which costs ₦7,500.
Step 2:
Next, head to the Microfinance Bank to pay your Alumni fee of ₦2,050.
Step 3:
Take your Alumni payment teller to the Alumni Building (located opposite Abolend Hotel, off Wuraola) to exchange it for an official receipt.
Step 4:
Visit any cybercafé to make an online payment of ₦28,000.
Step 5:
Return to the Bursary to change the online payment teller to a receipt.
Step 6:
Proceed to the Exams and Records Unit (Result Unit) to collect your result clearance form. Make sure you have the following documents with you:
- O’Level Certificate
- ND I and ND II school fees receipts
- VOR receipt
- Alumni receipt (optional)
- ND Certificate receipt
- School ID Card
Step 7:
Carefully read and fill the clearance form. Be sure to fill only the sections that apply to you—no mistakes allowed!
Step 8:
Take the filled form to your Department for signing and stamping.
Step 9:
Visit the Library for signing. You must bring your Library ID card and Borrower’s Ticket (the pink slip).
Step 10:
Proceed to the Student Affairs Office for signing, bringing along your School ID Card.
Step 11:
Go to the Admissions Office for another round of signing. You must have with you:
- O’Level Certificate
- Copy C of your ND I and ND II results
Step 12:
Return to the Result Unit to collect a brown dossier file.
Step 13:
Proceed to the Motion Ground where you’ll arrange your file properly.
Note: Make sure you have your Copy C for both ND I and ND II.
Step 14:
Submit your properly arranged dossier file back at the Result Unit. After submission, you will be asked to wait.
Step 15:
Finally, your name will be called, and you’ll be able to collect your ND Statement of Result!
