NYSC Releases 2025 Batch ‘B’ Stream 1 Deployment List

The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has officially released the deployment list for the 2025 Batch ‘B’ Stream 1 prospective corps members.
The announcement was shared across the scheme’s verified social media platforms on Monday. All Prospective Corps Members (PCMs) have been advised to log in to the official NYSC portal to confirm their deployment details.
As part of the registration process, the NYSC instructed PCMs to print and sign the Addendum—a mandatory document that must be submitted upon arrival at the Orientation Camp.
Important Travel Advisory
In a precautionary advisory, the NYSC urged all PCMs to avoid traveling at night while heading to their assigned camps. The scheme emphasized the importance of safety and encouraged early departure to reduce risk during transit.
Orientation Camp Adjustments
In its update, the NYSC disclosed that some PCMs initially deployed to Lagos State will undergo their Orientation Course in alternative camps located in Ekiti, Ondo, Ogun, and Osun States. Likewise, those posted to the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) may be required to attend their Orientation Course in Nasarawa or Kaduna camps.
The statement further noted:
“Prospective Corps Members are advised to print and sign the Addendum, which is to be submitted during registration at the Orientation Camp. PCMs are also advised not to travel at night to the camp. Some deployed to Lagos will have their Orientation Course in camps situated in Ekiti, Ondo, Ogun, and Osun States, while those posted to the FCT will attend orientation in Nasarawa and Kaduna.”
What PCMs Should Do Now
- Check Deployment: Log in to the NYSC portal to view your posting.
- Print the Addendum: This document must be signed and presented at camp.
- Prepare for Travel: Make travel plans during daytime for safety.
- Follow Official Instructions: Stay updated via NYSC’s verified platforms.
The Orientation Course is a vital part of the one-year mandatory national service. It includes paramilitary drills, lectures, and community development training, helping corps members transition into the service year.
