The Federal Government of Nigeria has officially opened applications for the 2026/2027 Foreign Master’s Postgraduate Scholarship Programme. This fully funded opportunity is designed to support qualified Nigerian graduates who want to study abroad and gain advanced skills in high-demand fields.
The programme is being implemented through the Niger Delta Development Commission as part of efforts to build global competitiveness, improve human capital, and empower young professionals from the Niger Delta region.

Eligibility Requirements

Academic and Age Criteria
• Hold a First Class or Second Class Upper degree
• Be below 40 years of age
Admission and Origin Requirements
• Must have secured admission into a recognized foreign university
• Must be an indigene of a Niger Delta oil-producing state

• Recent passport photograph
• Local Government Identification letter
• Admission letter from an overseas university
• Academic certificates
• NYSC Discharge or Exemption Certificate

Final Selection
