Kogi State Polytechnic Lokoja (Kogi Poly) Approved Academic Calendar for the 2023/2024 Session

The Directorate of academic planning, Kogi state polytechnic, Lokoja has released the approved academic calendar for the 2023/2024 academic session following the resumption of academic activities.

According to the academic calendar, all newly admitted ND and HND students are to resume on Monday 16th October 2023 while returning students are to resume on Monday 23rd October 2023 excluding SIWES students.

All SIWES students are to resume for the 2023/2024 academic session on Monday 29th January 2024.

Orientation and matriculation ceremony for the newly admitted students will hold between 11th to 16th December 2024.

First semester 2023/2024 examination for all regular students will hold in February 2024.

Part-time Examination will hold from 18th to 23rd March 2024.

Second semester 2023/2024 academic session will commence on Monday 15th April 2024 for all students.

Second semester 2023/2024 examination for all students – 8th July to 2nd August 2024.

Part-time second semester 2023/2024 examination – 26th August – 31st August 2024.
