Jubilation As Dr Odetayo Appointed as A.g Rector of Osun State Polytechnic Iree

There was jubilation in the Polytechnic on Tuesday as Osun state government approved the appointment of Dr. T. A. Odetayo, the former Deputy Rector, as the Acting Rector of the Institution with immediate effect.
Dr Odetayo appointment follows the expiration of the tenure of Office and subsequent retirement from the Service of the Institution of the Former Rector Dr. Woye Olaniran.
Dr Odetayo’s appointment was contained in a circular Credited to the office of the registrar dated 21st June 2022 which reads,
“The Governing Council at its meeting hold on Tuesday, 21 June, 2022 noted that the Governor of the State of Osun and Visitor to the Institution, Mr. Isiaka Adegboyega Oyetola has approved the appointment of Dr. T. A. Odetayo, the former Deputy Rector, as the Ag. Rector of the Institution with immediate effect.

The Council congratulates Dr. T. A. Odetayo on his well deserved appointment, Council also wishes to request all members of the Polytechnic Community to accord the new Ag. Rector all the respect and right due to the position of the Rector.”
