Job Vacancy at Federal Teaching Hospital Ido-Ekiti (See Qualifications and How to Apply)

Applications are invited from suitably qualified and interested candidates for the following vacant positions in the Federal Teaching Hospital, Ido Ekiti, Ekiti State:
1. Registrars
2. Nursing Officers
3. Physiotherapists
4. Radiographers/Imaging Scientists
5. Pharmacists
6. Medical Laboratory Scientists.
7. Medical Laboratory Technicians
8. Health Assistants
1. Post-Registrars: CONMESS 03.
Requirements: Candidates must possess:
i. MBBS degree or its equivalent from a recognized University
ii. Evidence of full registration with the Medical and Dental Council (MDCN) of Nigeria
iii. NYSC discharge certificate or evidence of exemption
iv. Current Practicing License
v. A pass in the Primary Fellowship Examination in either National NPMCN or West Africa Colleges of Surgeon/Physicians in the following fields:
a. Hematology
b. Internal Medicine
c. Paediatrics
d. Obstetrics and Gynaecology
c. Mental Health
f. Community Medicine
g. Family Medicine
2. Post-Nursing Officers: CONHESS 09/08/07
Requirements: Candidates must possess:
- i. a. BNSC qualification plus evidences of NYSC certificate and Internship completion (SNO)
- b. BNSC qualification plus evidence of NYSC certificate or Internship completion (NOI)
- c. RN plus additional professional registration in any Post Basic Nursing programme (NOII)
- ii. Current Practicing Licence
3. Post-Physiotherapists: CONHESS 09
Requirements:
- i. A degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized University
- ii. Must have registered with Medical Rehabilitation Therapist Board of Nigeria
- iii. NYSC discharge certificate or evidence of exemption certificate where applicable
- iv. Current Practicing License
4. Post-Radiographers/Imaging Scientists: CONHESS 09
Requirements: Candidates must possess:
- i. A degree in Radiography from a recognized University
- ii. Must have registered with Radiographers Registration Board of Nigeria
- iii. NYSC certificate
- iv. Current Practicing License
5. Post-Pharmacists: CONHESS 09
Requirements: Candidates must possess:
- i. A degree in Pharmacy from a recognized University
- ii. Must have registered with the Pharmacist Council of Nigeria
- iii. NYSC discharge certificate or evidence of exemption certificate where applicable
- iv. Current Practicing License
6. Post-Medical Laboratory Scientists: CONHESS 09
Requirements: Candidates must possess:
- i. A degree in Medical Laboratory Science from a recognized University
- ii. Must have registered with Medical Laboratory Council of Nigeria applicable
- NYSC discharge certificate or evidence of exemption certificate where applicable
- iv. Current Practicing Licence.
7. Post-Medical Laboratory Technician: CONHESS 06 Requirements:
Candidates must:
i. have completed the course of training and passed the prescribed examination for Medical Laboratory Technician in any accredited College of Health Technology or any other approved Health Institutions
II. be fully registered with the MLSCON Registration Board of Nigeria
8. Post-Health Assistants: CONHESS 03 Requirements:
Candidates must possess certificate in Health Assistant Medical (HAM) from the two year training programme in any approved and accredited College of Health Technology or any other approved Health Institution

SUBMISSION/CLOSING DATE
Completed application forms (including required credentials) should be addressed to the:

And delivered by hand or posted to the aforementioned address. With the desired position marked in capital letters on the top left hand corner of the envelope. The application must be received not later than two (2) weeks from the date of this publication.
