EKSU Announces 2024/2025 Part-Time Admission for ND Direct Entry, HND to Degree Conversion Flexible Options

Ekiti State University, Ado-Ekiti (EKSU) has officially opened supplementary admissions for its 2024/2025 academic session into weekday and weekend part-time programmes under the Directorate of Part-Time Programmes.
This opportunity is aimed at working professionals, entrepreneurs, and anyone seeking flexible study options while earning a degree from a world-class university.
Available Courses: Prospective students can choose from a wide range of undergraduate programmes across several faculties, including:
- Faculty of Arts: English & Literary Studies, History & International Studies, Philosophy
- Faculty of the Social Sciences: Economics, Political Science, Tourism & Hospitality Management, Geography, Psychology
- Faculty of Science (Weekdays only): Computer Science, Biochemistry, Geology, Mathematics, Statistics (available on both weekdays and weekends), and more
- Faculty of Management Sciences: Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Insurance
- Faculty of Multidisciplinary Studies: Criminology, Social Works, Peace and Conflict Studies, Security Studies
- Faculty of Engineering (Weekends only): Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronics, Mechanical Engineering
- Faculty of Agricultural Sciences (Weekdays only): Agricultural Economics, Fisheries, Soil Resources, Crop Science
Entry Requirements:
- 5-Year Programme (UTME): Requires five (5) credit passes in WASSCE/NECO/NABTEB, including English and Mathematics.
- 4-Year Direct Entry Programme: Must have a National Diploma (ND) with at least Lower Credit in a relevant discipline.
- 2-Year Top-Up Programme: For HND or university graduates with a minimum of a Pass Degree in relevant fields.

- Visit eksuportal.eksu.edu.ng
- Click “Apply for Admission”
- Create an account, complete the online form, and make payment via the portal.
Important Notes:
- All courses require a minimum of five O’Level credits.
- Part-time classes run on weekends (Fri–Sat) and weekdays (Mon–Fri evenings).
- The programme is open only to candidates not currently enrolled in full-time studies.
