Recognizing these early signs is crucial for seeking timely medical advice and maintaining overall well-being.​

1. Irregular Menstrual Cycles

One of the most noticeable signs of hormonal imbalance is a change in menstrual patterns. This can include missed periods, unusually heavy or light bleeding, or spotting between cycles. Such irregularities often point to disruptions in estrogen and progesterone levels. 

2. Persistent Fatigue
