National Diploma Academic Transcript: Candidates who did not graduate from Federal Polytechnic Ilaro must have their ND awarding institution send their transcript under confidential cover to the Registrar, Federal Polytechnic Ilaro. Admitted candidates shall not be registered before the receipt of the ND academic transcript.
