Bida Poly SUG Executives Visit Fresh Students, Pledge Support and Safety

The Student Union Government (SUG) of the Federal Polytechnic Bida, led by Comrade Isaac Israel, popularly known as TVC, has visited ND I and HND I students in their classrooms as part of a familiarization tour.
The visit aimed to strengthen ties between the SUG and fresh students, ensuring they know their union representatives in case of any concerns. Addressing the students, the executives urged them to focus on their studies, abide by school regulations, and avoid cultism and other forms of misconduct.
“We assure Nigerian students that our administration will not fall short of expectations. Instead, we will continue working hard to achieve positive results,” the SUG stated.
The student leaders also emphasized their commitment to protecting students from harassment or intimidation, both on and off campus. They encouraged students to reach out to the union whenever necessary.
Additionally, the SUG reminded students to always wear their ID cards on campus to avoid unnecessary confrontations with security and Servicom officers.
With this visit, the SUG reaffirmed its dedication to student welfare and a conducive learning environment at Federal Polytechnic Bida.
