ASUP STRIKE: Examination Continues On Monday – SUG President Clarifies

The SUG President of Institute of Management and Technology (IMT), Enugu, has said that examination will continue on Monday 16th May as scheduled in the timetable.
This was contained in a statement released today which reads;
“We write to disregard the rumour that IMT joined the ongoing ASUP/ASUU strike. As it stands now, IMT is not on strike, neither have they declared to join the ongoing strike under ASUP.

“Hence, we wish to remind you that your examination still continues next week. It is our responsibility to duly inform you on any recent development from the management.”
Reacting to the statement, the polytechnic students urge the student union to meet with the school management so as to know the fate of students regarding the examination.
