ASUP-FPOG HOLDS 2ND CONGRESS MEETING

It was a pleasant moment yesterday as the Academic Staff Union of Polytechnics (ASUP), Federal Polytechnic of Oil and Gas, Bonny held her 2nd Congress Meeting being 21st June, 2022.

The Chairman, Comr. Abiye Asiminaso, chaired the meeting which started at exactly 11:30am.
Also in attendance were members of the Chapter Executive Council (CEC) and other distinguished Academic Staff of the Polytechnic, who were present to advance the course of the Union.

Matters relating to Staff Welfare and other pressing issues relating to Staff Training and Development were delibrated and resolutions reached for further actions.

To further strengthen the Union, the Chairman re-emphasized the need for Staff to be vocal and always channel their concerns to the leadership of the Union. He further informed members that everything that goes on in the institution is the business of the Union.

The meeting ended gracefully with excitement and pleasantries.
