Another Giant Stride in OGITECH as Management Begins the Construction of Entrepreneurship Centre

In line with the development plan of the Governing Council at Ogun State Institute of Technology, Igbesa, significant advancements in enhancement of students’ entrepreneurial skills have been achieved.
This laudable achievement in OGITECH is in the form of the Entrepreneurship Centre which consists of dedicated training rooms for students and staff offices.
This initiative is in alignment with the requirements set by the National Board for Technical Education (NBTE), which emphasizes the need for students to possess practical skills/technical certificates in addition to their National or Higher National Diplomas.
The Management of the Institute ably led by the Acting Rector, Mr. Ganiu Adewale Adegbite, indicated that the ongoing Construction of Centre for Entrepreneurship project is aimed at building theoretical and practical entrepreneurial training in the Institute’s graduates and other stakeholders.
The ultimate goal is to equip them with the mindset and abilities to become employers, wealth creators, and foster self-sustaining businesses.
Mr. Adegbite expressed his appreciation
to His Excellency, Prince Dapo Abiodun MFR, for the relentless efforts in promoting educational development in the state, particularly at Ogun State Institute of Technology, Igbesa.

He also extended gratitude to the Governing Council of the Institute, led by Chief Kola Sorinola, and the entire Management Team of the Institute for their support in realizing the shared vision of building a prosperous future, as advocated by His Excellency, Prince Dapo Abiodun, MFR.
