This is to inform all students of Akwa Ibom state polytechnic, that Mobilization for NYSC 2022 Batch “B” had already commenced and will end 29th April, 2022.

Kindly proceed to your department and fill the form by providing the follow details:

1. Full Names

2. HND Registration Number

3. Sex

4. Marital Status

5. State of Origin

6. Phone Number

7. JAMB Registration Number

8. 1 Passport Photograph

You’re also expected to attach photocopy of;

1. Jamb Admission Letter

2. Statement of Result

Please note that if you had filled the form earlier before now at your department and didn’t attach any of it, kindly do so and on time to avoid ERROR list. If you had also directly filled the form with Mr. Itoro, please don’t fill it again.

For those who are yet to receive their approval status from JAMB, please be hopeful that it will come.

Also for those whose final results are yet to be released, should be hopeful as well.
