But when the kidneys are struggling, creatinine levels begin to rise, and this can be a signal that your kidneys are under stress.

While medication and medical treatments may sometimes be needed, many natural lifestyle changes and food choices can also help reduce creatinine levels and protect kidney health. What Does High Creatinine Mean?
